Overloud VKFX vs current NI Scarbee FX

Hey all,

I know that Overloud's VKFX originally were Scarbee VKFX, and were continued by Overloud when NI acquired the Scarbee sample sets. They were considered great companions for the Scarbee pianos. So since I just bought Komplete 9 Ultimate, which includes Scarbee, it would make sense to get the VKFX deal. Except that there also seem to be some FX integrated in the Scarbee piano setups. Does anyone know if they share the same heritage, or otherwise how they compare?

I would really only be using the VKFX for easy-to-setup decent sounding stuff on the Rhodes and Wurlis and such, I have plenty of good fx otherwise and I don't really like ProChannel, so that's no consideration.
