Ozone Educational Edition

Can anyone point me toward information on the Ozone 7 - Educational Edition I can't seem to find any. I'm just wondering if this is the exact same version as Ozone 7 - 'Normal Edition' but at a lower price for non-professionals. I'm also wondering if this version would hamstring the user from updating down the road.

    It is the same as Ozone 7 Standard.  If you have a student ID or other verification,
    most places honor the educational discount.

    And no upgrades. Whenever you want to upgrade to the newest version you have to buy the educational version again. Also edu versions are not allowed to be resold usually.
