One thing is that every pc is different even if you have the same hardware. You'Ll need to try both driver modes, ASIO and WDM with all kins of buffer latency settings and see what works for you. There is no set config for interfaces and pc's .you just experiment and use what works best for you. not what you wanted to hear, but an hour of your time will yield whats best for you.
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your KB 37

Ok, I understand but with my KB 37 (with the latest drivers) I have some CPU problems (AMD 2G°, 1 G° RAM, 2 HDD 300 and 200 G° XP SP3) So I want a new machine and need to know if the components look good for people who knows about this stuff. The new seems powerfull, isn't it ? I just want to record some rock tunes with EZdrummer, Sampletank, guitar, bass, vocals and some plugins. Otherwise I heard your music, that sounds great and pro ! Specially drums.

That looks like a very nice configuration. You might consider an additional hard drive. That particular Seagate is only $75 at Mico Center (I just bought 2). But I don't know much about the Line 6 Tone Port.
