PC3K8 .ins file help

Just got a copy of Sonar X2 PE and am also in posession of a PC3K8 keyboard from Kurzweil.
 
I have been trying to locate an .ins file online somewhere.
 
The alternative of course is to craft one from scratch and I contacted Kurzweil towards that end only to be told they don't have anything comprehensive available. It appears I have to use the info soft key on the panel of the PC3K8 to access any of the MIDI information (cc's, RPNS, NRPNS, note names, bank selection method... that sort of stuff) for each and every program (patch) and setup on the machine. 
 
This seems somewhat labour intensive and though I'm willing to do so if needed, I'm hoping that there's some other documentation, or table of sorts available that I've not found yet, or possibly someone here on the forums has taken the time to create the .ins file.
 
Does anyone have any info on a possible extant .ins file for the PC3K8? Thanks for your time and help.
