PC4KS Buss Compressor Problem

Minor problem that I have with the PC4KS. Can't get the ratio knob to change from 2. Need to switch to 4 on a couple of tracks but the knob is stuck on 2. All the other knobs work as expected. Anyone else have this issue or is it just mine that's out of whack?

Just tried it and it's working in X3d.

I can't think of a reason offhand that would make it stop working.  I guess you've tried closing and re-opening Sonar?

You might have to really turn the knob.  Trying moving the pointer higher (or lower) - all the way to the top of the screen if need be.

Thanks guys for the replies. Following the advice given above, I finally got it working. But after messing around with other tracks for awhile, I go back to the bus compressor and the ratio knob isn't working again. A reboot of Sonar gets it up and working. This is only happening on sidechained tracks. I'm also using X3d. Not a big deal but a minor annoyance. When it decides not to work, it doesn't work with the mouse or my MPK49 controller.
    Thanks again for the replies.

Interesting. If you disconnect the sidechain and then adjust the ratio control, does it work? That might be less annoying than rebooting.

I tried that and it was a no go. Once it decides to quite working, it's done until I reboot Sonar. You know I'm starting to think that it has something to do with my Akai MPK49 controller and the ACT template that I have setup. Gonna take a closer look at that before I start another track.
Thanks a lot for the input.

Thanks, I had this same issue during sidechaining. It's inconsistent. Sometimes the ratio gets stuck, sometimes it works. Glad to know I'm not alone. I'd chalk it up as a bug.
