Would you like us to record, distribute and promote for free also???

First of all - nobody here has the time to do all that you wish. Try the public library. If they don't have the books they can get them for you. [Usually at no cost.]

Second of all : -------- never mind!

Sometimes you have to study what you want to know. We don't have magic beans to make you instantly smart.

Whoa there Big fella...we were just giving you a little ribbing...I am sorry if we offended you and i apologize. However there are a few things you have to understand. First of all it's not that easy to just jump into a music program and have someone tell you what to do. There is a certian amount of knowlegde you need to aquire for yourself. (I suggested this in the other post that you made that basically asks the same question) And miller pointed you in a number of good places to get that information. So contrary to what you think we did provide you with the help you wanted by suggesting to you where you can get the answeres yourself. Secondly such abusive language from you will get you no where but bannd from this forum and that wont help you get any of the answeres that you may be looking for either. Thirdly I truly wish I was as much of a NERD as you suggest. I don't have the easiest times learning this stuff either and my life would be so much easeir if I just knew how to do everything all ready using my "NERDLY" power but alas I dont and that is the point of our responses. It takes a lot of reading and hands on experimenting. That is all we are saying...we cant do it for you. Number four....I aslo see that you edited your post from saying "DO NOT POST... SEND EMAILS ONLY" to "Please Post"...This is good because I dont believe that any of us have the time or inclination to send you personal email and that aslo would not be fair to the rest of the forum since it is the intention of a forum to provide information to all people that come to this forum to find information. Which also brings up another good point that this forum is another good place to find information about mixing and what not. Try using the search link at the top of the page to find other information about mixing that people have all ready posted.

With that all being siad....Yes...Miller and I may have been a little harsh on you and agian I apologize. I don't belive we desearved the vulger and very derogatory assult that you delivered on us but I say lets start agian on a little more civil level....Please explore the ioptions that we gave you and I hope this experience dosnt disuade you from using the forums in the futer.

All of the people on this site have been very helpful to myself and a lot of other folks who had legitimate questions. They even take the time to repeat answers to questions asked many times over, and they will answer the dumbest questions with humor and patience. Do some research, try reading a few of the articles suggested above, learn to spell, and grow up.

I'll put in my apology also, even though I didn't get to read your deleted message in time.

Electro 'splain it pretty well. We like to help, otherwise we wouldn't hang around here.

This may not be brain surgery or even rocket science but it ain't easy either.

I've put in over ten years on this stuff - mostly MIDI until recently - and I still don't know enough to call myself an expert.

We can handle a question or two at a time, but in no way can we tell anyone everything they need to know. If we could - everyone else would have the fun and frustration of making music, while we are stuck at our computer keyboard, answering questions deep into the night.

Sorry, but I rather be trying to make some music along with the rest of you. No offense intended.

Check back with us as you try to work on the program. We'll try to help when we can.

Beleive it or not we are all on the same side...just trying to have a little fun but we want to help you as much as we can. I know were your frustrations come from...i have had plenty of my own through out my short stint in music recording...(only about 3 years worth.) and I have had my share of ribbing on this site too. so I also know how that feels and believe me when i say i did not intend to make you feel bad.

I hope the suggestions we gave you work out though and be sure to come back and post any progress or any other questions you might have.
