PLEASE READ: Updated SONAR X2 Downloads

Hello Everyone,

We have updated some of your downloads tied to your SONAR X2 purchases in your online accounts. There is nothing you need to do other then log in to your store or the X2 download page to get them again. The links to download them in your account are the same. Here's what we updated:

02_SONAR_X2_Studio.part1.exe
02_SONAR_X2_Essential.part1.exe

Many users reported corrupted downloads (either due to high bandwidth demand or poor internet connections). When re-downloading and performing checksums to validate the integrity of their files, some users still reported install errors.

To resolve this, Part 1 of the above installers have been updated to overwrite any previous Setup .bin files. This helps if a previous download did not go well. If you experienced corrupted downloads for whatever reason, please re-download and start over from Part 1 so that the SONAR X2 installer can extract new setup files. 

We recommend using a download manager or a web browser with a built in download manager (such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) if you are experiencing download problems.

NOTE: MD5 Hash info has changed for the above files. I have now updated our table at http://www.cakewalk.com/x2install to include up to date checksum info with what is hosted on our download servers. 

Please do not copy/paste checksums into forum threads to prevent any confusion. If you would like to tell people where to find the checksums, please link them to the link above so that we do not have to edit posts if things change.
