PLEASE fix...

...the Clean Audio Folder Utility!!! Great feature, but it's always only half worked - scans your whole computer instead of the folder you direct it to. Damn that was annoying! I say was, because now when I try and use the utility it freezes and crashes Sonar. Anyone else experience this? It's only happened since X1 - even though it still scanned the whole computer pre-X1, it at least eventually worked...

In addition to this problem, I've had the most unstable day ever in Sonar (for me). My system has always been extremely rock sold, and have even been fortunate enough to have X1 running very well on my machine. But today I got about 10 Microsoft C++ Runtime error thingys, with no instances of Sonitus delay. Could it be that I was just running out of memory? (I'm still 32 bit). I only had 1 instance of Kontakt 5 running 4 instruments (Session Strings Pro), so this is surely unlikely?

Sonar X1c Expanded

All drivers up to date, and latest software versions/updates installed.



EDIT: Just tried Clean Audio Folder again and it didn't crash Sonar this time. Weird. Still scanned the whole computer though :-)

    Sonar scans the whole computer, but NOT for wav-files. Sonar scans the whole computer for cwp-files, using the wav-files in that folder you direct to.
    Maybe you have several backup-cwp-files on your computer needing this wav-files, Sonar scans for cwp-files on the whole computer for the wav-files you are directing to.
