PRV Alignment Issue

Hello!

Check out my PRV:

I can't always reproduce it but I'll say "often" when I have a project's PRV open for a while the alignment of the MIDI notes to the keys on the left gets shifted and if I leave it open it gets worse and worse.  You can see in the image, although the screen cap didn't get my mouse pointer, that I was hovering over the longest note.  The corresponding note value is B7 but the alignment is at C#.

There are two ways to "fix" it:

1 - Close the PRV and re-open (always works)
2 - Scroll up or down until the notes disappear and then scroll back to view them. (works most of the time)

It's not project-dependent (I've seen it in a couple of projects), it's not synth-dependent (same - multiple VST's) and I'm pretty sure I've only been seeing it since Everett.

It's not a huge deal but it's a little annoying.

Thanks!
Fernando

This has been reported several times since the first release of Platinum. I haven't encountered it, but others have indicated that changing zoom level is another way to correct it. As far as I know, no one's yet come up with a solid recipe to reproduce it, so it may be difficult for the Bakers to nail down the root cause and fix it.

Happens to me every once in a while. Zooming or closing and reopening the PRV seems to clear it up.

Yes it happens.   Just out of curiosity, do you do a lot of cut and paste, or copy and paste, of midi note sequences with controllers?

Did you ever find a way to permanently fix this bug?
