PRV Controller Pane Disappears in X3e

I reported this bug in X2a and it still exists in X3e. Strange thing is since installing X3 I don't see it happening in X2 anymore. I don't know what to think of that.

    There are no steps really... just slide the Controller Pane all the way down and it disappears not allowing you to grab it with the mouse and pull it back up. You can still go to the file menu and click Show Controller Pane, but I do a lot of show-n-hide when editing and the file menu slows me down.
     
    Before I had X3, X2 did it relentlessly. I don't use X2 much anymore since I have X3 but when I do it now works as it should.

    Another possible PRV bug occurs when selecting 2 or more MIDI "clips" and opening PRV. This method always includes one Synth Track in the PRV Track List Pane that should not be there. If you select the MIDI clips by clicking on the Track Number and open PRV, you get only the MIDI clips in the Track Pane as expected.
