PRV (Piano Roll View) documentation

Is there any one place where all the actions, including keyboard shortcuts, are documented for Sonar Plat.?
 
The Reference Guide has information spread out over many pages, with some of it in the intro as
"new features". I'd really like to see a one/two page table with all the information, so I don't need to search in multiple places.

    Within preferences there is a list click on any that are in bold and they will tell you what they do, if they are normal text then they are unassigned.
