PRV - Way To Hide The Controllers?

Hello,

Every time I open a PRV view in the multidock, the bottom part of it is the Velocity control which I dont want to see.  I can move it, but every time it gets really annoying.  Is there any way to have it from coming up each time? I just want to see notes.

    This works but they keep coming back.  Is there any way to turn them off by default?  thank you!!!
