PRV not following now time when hitting RTZ?

anyone noticing this PRV bug? When hitting RTZ (return to zero), quite often the view does not follow suit. I have to manually scroll to the start to view the now time cursor.

Assuming that it's not just  RTZ but more a general scrolling thing, try closing that docked instance of the PRV and open a new one.  I think it's related to how editing stops scrolling and every now and then scrolling won't kick back in.
