PX-64 Percussion Strip introducing some pops and cracks

Hi everyone,

I'm working on some music and put on the percussion strip just for the shaper, I have some boomy percussive sounds that I wanted to make a bit sharper a little less boomy so I increased the attack and slightly decreased the weight and decay and now when I play the track there are audible pops and cracks, but if I turn of the PX-64 strip the pops and cracks are gone... anyone else experience this?
