I think it is in person only, although there may be a video feed to New York, the home of the Manhattan Producer's Alliance, who organized this event.

Thanks for that. It seems the center is located in San Francisco, but you also mentioned New York. Can you clarify the timezone? 6pm Eastern? Pacific?

The Center for New Music web page says 6 and it's local to SF, so Pacific time almost certainly.
