Panning problem

I was working on a project last night, opened in this morning to do some tweaking, and while I was working on it I noticed all my tracks claimed they were panned center (although they clearly aren't, and weren't labeled as such last night).  Also, instead of the normal XX% R. L, or C it shows XX% R+ or L+.  It seems like they are panned how they originally were, and when I tweak with the pan knob it just changes it from how they were normally panned.  I must have pressed a hotkey or something, but I can't find a solution anywhere, and I'm already fairly far into the project so I don't want to just start over.  None of my other projects are this way, just this one.

You're in Offset Mode. Press "O".

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Thank you!  I knew it was something dumb like that.
