Parameters are not visually updating for Z3TA+2 as I turn knob on controller.

Hi..I am using have an Akai MPK25 and using it to control Z3TA+2.. The controls on the Z3TA+2 are responding nicely to the turning of the knobs on the MPK25. However the visual parameters arent updating as I turn the knob..Is that normal?..If not ,how do I correct this?  Thankyou
