Patch Chooser in Main window replace "bank/patch" dialog in event list

The selection tool or dialog for patch changes in the main window works quite well to display 128 choices.    Feature request:  make exactly the same tool/dialog work to change patches in the event list, where, if your midi track has frequent patch changes, you must make the changes.    That Bank/Patch dialog, in Event List,  while a tiny bit improved in Platinum, has been around and has been a bad design since sonar 3, at least.    The software is already written, just apply it over in Event list too.
