Paying online education teacher

I'm special education student and paying for online education music teacher $500.00 month.
I was self taught but he's help me further my knowledge. I came friends with him some shame he lives in Chicago.
 
I would like countenue lessons with him. Is there any kind of scholarship I get pay for him?
