Peak Holding on X1 Producer

Is X1 Producer capable of setting peak holding/lock on the track or console meters after a total playback.? I a trying but can't seem to figure it out. I have the checks in place in the "display" menu for the meters. What happens is it does lock the peaks when I stop the playback, but that only shows on the last viewed track in the inspector. As soon as I try to look at any other track, these peaks go away and don't display anywhere anymore !

Second part of this question - is there a gain control setting for each track, or do we need a gain control plug-in

I figured out the peak hold/lock - now working on channel gain control - if anyone can help with that while I look, appreciate it.

Ok I knew about that control - I guess after watching a video on mixing and gain control settings, I was thinking there was a gain control setting where you type in the value. This should do it. Thanks!
