Pedal for use with Amplitube 3?

I've been using Amplitube 3 for a while now, and feel I'm missing out on some of the effects (wah, swell, etc).  I can play something and then "mouse-wah" after the fact....

But, that's not the way to do it!

I know IK sells the stealth pedal (or something like that), but it seems kind of pricey.  Has anyone used and had good luck with any other (hopefully) less expensive "control" pedals with Amplitube 3?

Sonar Platinum, Win 10 Pro 64, Intel i7 4770K, 16GB DDR3 1600, 1 x 250GB SSD, 2 x 2TB SATA, Roland OctaCapture, Roland XP-30 (Controller only), Shure KSM-44, Rode NT-1, Shure SM57, Numerous Guitar Amp sims, Komplete 6/7, Alchemy, Custom built guitar, Carvin Amplifiers.

If you configure Amplitube as synth rather than effect you should be able to assign a MIDI track to it and use any midi pedal or other controller you want, like the FCB1010, using MIDI learn function.
