Pensado's Place: Into The Lair

A great series of tutorial videos here from Dave Pensado, OK not sonar specific but can be applied in any DAW

    +1

I've been watching Pensado's Place (when I can find time) for the past year. It often moves slower than a turtle - but the information within is exceptional.

Into the Lair is a favorite segmant of many from that show.

Don't fix it in the mix ... Fix it in the take!

Somehow, I really relate to Dave P. Maybe it's because we're both old guys who maybe did a few too many drugs back in the day. Whatever the reason, I find his slow pace and mumbling presentation suit me just fine. Good thing he's got that other guy there to prod him occasionally and remind him where he is.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Thanks for the link Rasure. I like that guys shambling style- he's like "The Dude" Lebowski. He seems quite keen to spruik Waves and McDSP at every possible turn but it's his show so I suppose he can do as he wishes.
