Pentagon problems post Sonar 6.2

I'm not sure if this is related to Sonar 6.2 or not, but...I upgraded my desktop system to Sonar 6.2 and then opened a project that has Pentagon on a track. The patch sounded entirely wrong. I opened a copy of the same project on my laptop (which had also been upgraded to 6.2), and it worked fine.

It seems that the problem was with the waveform selection. The waveforms aren't what they used to be in when the project was working correctly. If you try to set them back (by left clicking on the shape text (SINE for instance)), you see weird behavior. What has the check mark in the drop down list, is NOT what is displayed in the oscillator shape window. It's like it's off by one. Even if you try to get the right thing by selecting the wrong thing, it still doesn't sound right.

Has anyone seen this? Any explaination? Where exactly are patch changes saved anyway? In the Sonar project? In what form?

Did you choose to migrate settings. That brings in settings from Sonar 5, IIRC.

The Readme.rtf mentions that when using Vista you must choose "Run as Administrator" when launching SONAR in order to use Pentagon I.
