Perfect Space Presets
When I add Perfect Space to a bin, the program (preset) says "default." When I drop down values in that box to load a program, there is a long list that just says "default" over and over. Shouldn't there be some presets (e.g., hall, cathedral, tile room)? So I am wondering 1-if those were not installed somehow or 2-if I just need to know the path to browse to the content. If someone can tell me what you see, then I will know where to start chasing this down. Thanks.

If you look below the pull down menu where it says default ... you'll see a little image of a file and then a space for the name of the preset to the right of that. If you right click in that area, it pulls up the different impulses that are available. It's a 32bit plugin that runs via bitbridge if you're running X1 x64. I've had better luck using it in X1 32bit. When I use it in X1 64bit, I freeze the track I'm using it on. It only comes with a handful of impulses, but there are a ton of free ones on the net, and you can purchase them as well.

I'm not in front of my daw, I could be mistaken. IIRC right clicking in the space where the preset name is brings up the list and left clicking on the file button brings it up also.

if i left click in that area i get a list with about 4 impulses. To get to all of the included ones I must click the file button. If I right click nothing happens....

The impulses are what you get - there are no "presets" as I recall. You can make your own presets with the included impulses, but reverb (like everything else, comps, eqs etc) is pretty sound dependent. Loading the impluse is most of the preset, anyway, tho Perfect Space has a lot of control, too. But the impulse has the main effect on the sound. Voxengo has a bunch of freebies, and you can do a search to come up with plenty of other free impulses. I've got tons of free ones, along with some cool "effects" library from Virtusonic and Spirit Canyon Audio. @
