Philharmonik CE is back!

I added a cuppla nice free VST's (from ohmforce) to my collection and re-scanned in CbB. Surprise! It now found my old missing Philharmonik CE with jBridge (32 to 64) that went away! An old friend is back and just fine. Yay! This is the first scan in CbB in about a week. Nothing changed, it just decided to work. I like it.
