I'm always surprised that there's so much interest in ambient music. Some people use it as background music while doing something else, or as relaxation music. But I think for a lot of people they just like it and they make the effort to find the time to really listen to it.

Anyway, another great track from you. I've played around with Metaphysical Function but haven't done anything useful with it. Not yet anyway.

Ha! Me too Bjorn!
 
But I thought that if I like it then so must others, here and there. I have to admit that for a forum that is busting at the seams with so much talent in more "main stream" areas of music I do very well here
 
I think that this particular track, and others in a similar vein (sort of dreamy and floaty) do go down a lot better than my darker experimentations.
 
Metaphysical Function for me is pure experimentation. Brilliant for drones and more drastic sort of sound effects. Right up my street to be honest... I explore the presets and mess with parameters until I find something I like, then I hit record, and then mangle some more...
