Photos of Sonar users home studios?
I have seen other home recording web sites that have studio photo galleries of users studios. is there a reason why CW does not have a photo area? I think it's cool to see peoples setups.

Most just put them up here, in the Coffee House. Except CJ, who puts every photo of a studio that he finds up everywhere (even if it's not really his).
Time for all of you to head over to Beyond My DAW!

Hi, I had one but the picture with Sonar on the computer ruined the picture!

I went down there to take a picture for you, but found the space had been overrun. What else could I do? I rolled up a new character and joined in.

We've done that a few times here. Some of the guys have nice studios....my studio is "homey"...at least to me it is. Pictures of it might not truly do it justice.....then I would need to clean it and I'm not into that :) Imagine a small space strewed with all kinds of stringed instruments hanging from the wall....standing on the floor..imagine a slight layer of dust on everything. A music computer with two monitors. Guitar picks, capos, midi controllers, numerous keyboards...a whole bunch of other crap and that's pretty much my studio. There might be a pair of socks laying somewhere in there, I'm not really sure...the carpet in there is..meh...sort of ok..The vibe is great though!

For the OP - it has been done several times over the years, which poor CJ will never live down. Type "cakewalk forums studio pics" into the search engine of your choice and you should find some old threads.

An iLok may or may not be required. It Depends. (shakes head at Starise) I have no sense, let alone a sense of direction. The only think I can be somewhat certain of is that I Am at some point. Maybe. Also, I'm not sure that you're authorized for the use of so many question marks. Hang on, Bapu will come by in a bit to check your papers. Make sure you spread them out across the floor.

I believe they use a different technology for this plug in...my research indicates that it takes a dingle dongle called the iFart.

A lot of these products have been closely tested by iK and only found out be an iRig that's hooked up to an iLine which just resulted in some iLoud noise coming out of your iArse.

I'll post a few. Pretty stoked that I just rebuilt my old room in my house. Got rid of all my old stuff with the exception of a few necessities. Redid this 12x12 room from the concrete on up. I only do specialty jobs and personal things here. It has enough power for anything, but I get a little scared bringing people to my house. So I have a real studio also that has a lot of the same stuff as this one. Room is so new I don't have the blinds for it yet....just put the window in last weekend. New Midas console is off the hook! Facing me are french doors with blinds built into them and a bass station where two of my basses are hooked up to a pre-amp. Not real exciting so I didn't include a pic of it. -Danny
