Piano Roll Dark Grey ?

Hi Everyone ,
 
some parts of my piano roll are dark grey to the point where i cant see grid resolution lines then i goes perfectly white again ,
 
can someone please tell me why this happens ,

    "Show Clip Outlines" is enabled in the PRV View menu and there are a lot of overlapping clips.
