Pirates of the Sonaribbean: DAW Man's Chest

Themes... Who would like Themes made available for Sonar? If Firefox and some other programs and apps can have themes, why not one for Sonar? Of course it would have to start with the next version or the one after.

We can't even have a wide array of colors for graphic elements - do you really think we'd get themes.

    Too funny.

I wonder if Seth will continue to join in the silliness.

Sonar had themes for years. With X1 there have been issues and it seems themes are not as practical till that is sorted out.

One has to wonder though, looking at your last 100 posts...have you ever considered trying this program out? You know, as in musically? So far not a single question nor answer from you relating to anything other than superficial aspects of Sonar like the pricing, updates or pretty colours. Nothing like "how do I do this" or "here's how you do this", just stuff that sounds like an outsider looking in. Nothing but provocative threads, nothing musically or technically insightful. Just wondering...why?

While this these posts may seem funny they don't belong in the Sonar X1 forums. Why not just post them in the coffee house?

    Over it! Reported.

    Thanks daveny5,

I forgot about that feature!  Still won't keep the off-topic threads out of the Sonar X1 forums though.

We'll see what the administrators think, they make the final decisions about how the forums operate...  Maybe they don't care and it's just me that thinks it makes it harder to find info or help about Sonar X1 here.

    Kind regards,
    Rick

The title is funny. But I personally don't really want themes... I do want more color options and have put in a feature request or two. But themes, no....

no, its not just you... :)

I have enjoyed a regular review of technical threads, features and suggestions, many of which can pre-emptively solve my own DAW issues.. however irrelevant, off topic, negative and pointless threads in the X1 room like the swathe of junk from the OP will send the quality of the forum downwards...

What about a SONAR assistant? That cute little paperclip that helps you with SONAR's functions?
That says: "Hi, what do you want to do today? Do you want to freeze this track?"
