Pitch change for audio track

Is it possible to change the pitch of an audio track with Sonar X2 Producer. And with the same tempo. It's only off pitch from the normal key just a little. It's an old file and over time and processing from tape it has moved just a little from the original key. Thanks for any help on this.

Within X2 Producer, you can use V-Vocal.

Another option in X2 is to click on Process-Transpose (and check Audio)
    - select Radius Mix for whole key transposition (works for whole key jump)
    - Radius Mix Advance (can't figure out how to use this one yet)

For me, I normally do it in Audacity
    http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

There is an option in Audacity to change pitch without changing the tempo, and you can specify the number of keys (up/down) or the percentage for less than 1 key change.

    Edit :
There is also an Fx effect you can insert to change pitch - Cakewalk - Pitch Shifter
