Pitch wheel controller fine adjustment - CWBRN-34974

I'm attempting to do fine adjustment of the pitch wheel controller within the PRV. When I position the mouse on the controller event and attempt to change the value, the value will either move +176 (or more) upward or -177 downward. Any value between +176 and -177 is not recognized (except zero). All other values seem to be doable. Just this little jump close to zero is the only problem I seem to be having. Any suggestions?

I'm using Sonar Platinum (Gloucester) on Win 7 Pro 64 bit

I simply don't use PRV for pitch wheel, unless doing full up-to-down glisses.    It's more time consuming  but in Event List you can go through and set pitch wheel values to reasonable numbers.   Or, use CAL, it's what I do ... slightly complicated to set up, but then it is an instant setting of how you like it.
