Platinum Bug fixed...and not...

At least for me the bug I had in several iterations of Xs that would basically do a rescan of my vsts instead of just picking up new ones on startup has been fixed.  Yay!

But

The bug I've also had for several iterations of Xs that lists incorrectly (sometimes bizzarely so) my last step when trying to undo...ie, I'm trying to undo a paste and the undo list says undo insert marker or some other totally unrelated thing...is still there.  No biggee as it DOES undo my actual last step.  Still disconcerting.

But

Overall I'm lovin me some Platinum!!!  Great Job Bakers!

Where you come from is gone...where you thought you were goin to weren't never there...and where you are ain't no good unless you can get away from it.

Erm I'm not sure that was ever a bug :) There is an option to rescan existing plugins. Are you sure you didn't have that checked earlier? That would cause the behavior you describe...

Edit: Actually there was a bug fix in this area - "Scanned Failed / Existing not working properly for Manual or Start Up scan types"
Perhaps this was what you were running into.

I have to agree with Noel here. Mine scans only new VSTs otherwise it does nothing much.
