And answer all the questions to my best ability!

I TRULY understand about having enough time to attend to everything needing time.

VERY happy that you will help us to try to help you.  There are some exceptional folks in the forums, and if we can just kind of work through the details of things particular to your setup, etc., we SHOULD be able to get things sorted out for you.  I can say that with confidence because: 1) I have had 2 cups of coffee already, so I am feeling rather brave - 2) There is a broad spectrum of very experienced folks with lots of different sets of expert knowledge in the forums, and there is a pretty good track record of getting to the bottom of most issues - 3) The fact that there AREN'T huge numbers of people experiencing the number of crashes you are means that the issues are indeed likely to be system-specific, meaning the issues are some combination of things on YOUR system, rather than some really bad show stopper for a lot of people.  (Again, that is local to YOUR computer system means it is likely some sort of configuration/maintenance/usage kind of thing, and therefore likely to be fixable).

I am quite pleased you have just been busy - sometimes folks have come in an posted one or two really angry ranting kinds of posts - who have no interest in getting any actual help, for whatever reason - well, I just want to THANK you for NOT being one of those folks.  I DO truly believe we can get you sorted out.

Other than some doctor appointments, and my own musical activities, I will commit time to assisting you as best I can, and believe others in the forums will do so as well.  We ARE all family, and family helps family (except for that one questionable Auntie, hee hee).  These Cakewalk forums are a HUGE strength for users of Cakewalk products, and folks work very hard at helping others through some complex/difficult analysis and resolution.

Looking forward to working with you on getting your issues resolved.

ASIO4ALL will never work professionally. It is made for listening mp3 music on your laptop, not for music production . Any decent sound card has drivers for ASIO . Something else does not work on Windows.
There is no other way !
It was happened to me a few years ago . I had to buy another soundcard , because I tried with ASIO4ALL .... and at first I thought It would go ... but then it was a disaster.

It seems this guy didn't want help after all.
