Platinum review in Mix Magazine-

"Cakewalk continues to raise the bar for the modern DAW..."

Reviewer liked the customizable Control Bar and the Mix Recall "is an improvement worth getting excited over".
Re Pattern Tool, AudioSnap he found that it lacks what is found in a Nuendo/Ableton, "...SONAR'S MIDI environment just stepped it's game up big time".

The FX stacks in console view "appears to be derived directly from user requests". Another kudo to SONAR users and the forum: "Most of the changes and tweaks are seemingly derived directly from the forum request."

Needless to say, but WE knew this already: "...this new flavor of SONAR achieves performance and capabilities that parallel any of it's competitors."

Oh, and it even got the membership/subscription description correct!

'bout time I jump on the bandwagon and get Platinum...

...Oh, and it even got the membership/subscription description correct!...

Nice review, but this might be confusing to the uninformed.

"...SONAR is now available in a membership model: $49.99 per month, or $499 annually..."

$499 a year! Should state that after the first year (assuming you didn't own the product initially), the upgrade fee is $199 and you don't have to upgrade if you don't want to. Just keep what you have.
