Playback Issues

Using SONAR VS-100  - I can pan left fine, but if I pan right it still plays through the left.
Any way that I pan it - sound always comes out on the left.
Also cannot get track 2 to playback. It records, but won't playback.

Any ideas?
TIA

What happens if you use the track view instead of the VS-100 - and then solo the first track and pan it to the right?
Just to be sure that no other track or aux goes to the left and to exclude that this is not up to the VS-100.
