Playing SR-JV-80-10 Sounds in ProAudio8

Hello. I have an SR-JV80 sound expansion board installed in a Roland JV-1010 module. I'm having problems with getting ProAudio 8.01 to play the board's sounds. Maybe you can give me some advice. If I hook up a keybord controller to the JV-1010, I can play the expansion board's sounds without any problem. But the board doesn't seem to be recognizing MIDI data from my Cakewalk Pro Audio 8.01. It's like it's not recognizing the bank that should be playing on the board and plays another bank's sounds. I have no problems with the module playing any of the other banks. I've gone through (several times) the normal process of loading instrument definitions, just like I did for the JV-1010. Does anyone have Cakewalk PA8 experience with this unit? Is there a little trick/detail that I am missing. If you can help, it would be very much appreciated. I've been pouring over the manuals for the JV-1010 and Cakewalk Pro Audio 8.01 for days and just can't seem to get it to work. Thanks in advance.
