Please Remind Me - How to set Auto-Zoom Default Height? [solved]

Hi Gang...
 
I know I remember hearing it, but as I have not liked working with Auto zoom so far, I have not used it and hence I've forgotten this bit...
 
After a tip from brundlefly regarding how Auto-Zoom works with Lanes, I would like to give it a try, but I need to reset the Zoomed track's default height...
 
Can anyone please remind me?
