Please download and run previous packages - Trying to install

I received the following message when trying to install the X2:
 
Please download and run previous packages.   - 02_SONAR_X2_Producer.part3
 
What does that mean?

    You may need to down load the offending file again.

    file is corrupt , depends what you used to download it perhaps.. I use free download manager (copy the link from ya browser)

    Its one of the problems with large downloads they get corrupted. Cakewalk published the hash files for each download so you can compare against your. Part 1 had an issue which they replaced. Works good now.

    make sure you're running as "Admin" too....just in case...
