Please help me choose new monitor speakers

My Event TR8s are not cutting it anymore. The right speaker suddenly has a lower volume output, and when I try to adjust the trim on the rear I get noise.

So let's say I have a budget of $2k. What do you think? I'm looking at:

Adam A8X
Genelec 8030A
Dynaudio BM5A MKII (pushing the budget to max)
Focal CMS 65

But I am open to other suggestions.

Thanks,
Paul

Well now, looks like I read the price incorrectly on BM5A mkIIs. I can afford the BM6As. Thanks for helping me out on that one.

    Much appreciated,
    Paul
