Please help with Sonar and Juno Gi instruments and Dimension Pro Arpeggios

When creating a midi track with sonar x2 and  when trying to record the juno Gi instruments it volume led levels move but no sound or recording is made please help.
 
How do I trigger arpeggios when using Dimension Pro as a simple instrument there is no latch feature on the left in the inspector as in a standard midi file.
