Please help with old .wrk files, I can't get the Sonar Mac Prototype to get out of demo

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm a Mac user with old .wrk files I'd like to convert to midi. I downloaded the Sonar Mac Prototype, but it is in demo mode (it's listed as free...) and cannot save as .midi. Please help! If someone is willing to convert these files (28 of them), I would be so grateful.

    The linux "drumstick" utility can load wrk files - maybe it can convert them too.
     
    It's also available on MacOS:

    Thank you! I couldn't quite figure out how to download for Mac. I haven't used Linux or SourceForge in a long time.

    I've had a closer look - it looks like you have to manually compile them for MacOS, and even then it'll only play .wrk files not convert them.
