Please make Project Info a dock-able window

Good morning,
   I like using the Project Info to keep notes to myself on a given project. But it's a bit of a pain that I can't easily have Project Info and track view up side by side - say on dual monitors. Can we make Project Info go into the Multidock? I would certainly like to be able to do that.
