Plug-Ins Active All the Time
It seems like there was a way I could eliminate this, but some plug-ins will remain active even when the Project Transport has stopped. For example, a Modulator, or Doppler effect may still produce a little bit of noise to my soundcard, even though playback has stopped. I can't recall how to silence the effect when Playback has stopped.
I also can't recall the setting in Preferences(?) that will eliminate a Reverb or echo effect from "continuing" after I stop playback in the middle of a song and Return the Now Time to Zero. For example, I stop playback during a drumbeat that contains reverb. Return the Now Time to the start. Then, when I start Playback again, the previous Reverb was sort of "saved" and the remainder of that reverb's effect/hit will then playback until it decays as if I never stopped playback before at all.
Does anyone know this right off?
Thanks!
Brian
