Pluggins freeze instead of stopping.

Pluggins freeze instead of stopping.

I have an audio track recorded.  I also have some audio pluggins inserted into the track.
 
When I press the transport stop button, all of my pluggins freeze.  The meters freeze in place. The song stops.
 
How do I get SONAR 8.5 to release the pluggins when I click on stop? I can't change any of the options on my pluggins once I press stop because they are all frozen in place.

    Giving this strange problem a bump.

    I think it would be useful if you told us what plugins you're using and your soundcard and PC specs as well.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
