Plugin Manager Modification

Some if not of this has been covered prior through past feature request by me and other Sonar users. I thought maybe some more dialog here might help understand who really wants this type of change and what those changes might look like.

Here are my 2 cents.

- Consider integrating the plugin manager as part of the Browser's operations.

- Organization: A) Offer the option to move and rename plugins at the browser level. B) When creating custom plugin configurations, show a visual conformation next to plugins already included in the currently selected custom plugin configuration.

- I would also like to have the Browser default mode to include and continually update (3) new standard directories -
1) "Most Used Plugins"
2) "Most Recently Inserted Plugins"
3) "Newly Added" plugin directory (past 30 days...).

I haven't voted yet.  I want to see where this goes, but I really like the idea of moving the PM functionality to the browser.  Right-click to do whatever.

    Great idea
