Plugin Scanning Problem: 'Failed To Load Proxy' Error Message

So I'm getting an error message that says FAILED TO LOAD PROXY whenever I try to scan my plugins on Sonar X2 Producer. (64 bit, Windows 7).

It happens with ALL of my plugins. I can't scan a single plugin. Whenever I try, this error message keeps popping up and I have to FORCE Sonar X2 to close.

I have no idea what's wrong. Are my plugin paths wrong? What the hell is going on?

I'm not technical at all. I'm just a bass player, so please have mercy on me.

Could the proxy it's complaining about be JBridge, perhaps? Maybe try re-installing it?

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I'd actually like to uninstall jbridge completely, but it's a pain in the ass.
