Plug-in manager issue

I discovered a strange issue with the plug-in manager of Sonar Platinum...

I have Sonar installed on my studio PC as well as my studio laptop. My laptop has all of the VST plugins installed to its D: drive whereas my studio PC has them installed on the C: drive. If I export all of my plugin presets from my studio PC and attempt to import them onto my laptop, they fail to import with a message "This file does not contain valid presets for the selected plug-in(s)." If I move my VST plugins from D: to C: on my laptop, I can import the presets. I moved them back to the D: drive and all of the presets disappeared. I want the VSTs installed to my D: drive to free up space on my C: which is an SSD. Keeping the plugins on the C: drive is not an option.

Can this get fixed in a future update?
