Plugin manager

for some odd reason my plugin manager is missing from the tools drop down menu. Also when intro to right click when in the effects bin to manage it the box is checked plugins default and will not let me check the manage plugins. What can I do to fix it?

    Sounds like an install issue. I'm guessing that the plugin manager is missing or not where it is supposed to be.
     
    Try running the Sonar installer again and see if that fixes it.

    Will u loose all my files or registered plugins I have installed ?
