Plugin view

I there a way to stop my plugins from opening in full view after I've clicked out of Cakewalk (not exited) and then back in to Cakewalk?

Not sure what "clicked out of Cakewalk (not exited)" means exactly. Try closing the plug-in UIs before "clicking out".

you can also make use of a second monitor that's what I do.
sonar was built for multi monitor set ups.

They are probably being saved in an open state in an unlocked screenset.

Try closing them, then lock your default screenset before saving the project.
