Powered PA Speakers

I’m hoping to find a set of powered speakers with enough bottom end to put off getting a subwoofer for another year or so.

I am considering the following:

Carvin LM15A 55HZ - 18 KHZ +/- 3dB Down to 44 HZ @ -10 dB Aprox spl of 124 dB

A used JBL EON15 G2 42HZ - 17 KHZ +/- 3 dB Down to 39 HZ @ -10 dB aprox spl of 129 dB

Tapco Thump 50 HZ - 18.5 KHZ +/- 3 dB Down to 40 HZ @ - 10 dB only 150 watt LF & 50 watt HF

Trying to obtain info on FBT Jolly 15BA, I should get an email from them.

I worry that the Tapco speaker will be underpowered.
I’m also concerned about having to send a speaker all the way to California for repair.

How does the Carvin LM15A compare with the EON15 G2? How is the bottom end?

Forget the Eons if you want decent bottom. I wouldn't use them for doorstops.

I've been using JBL PRX515's for about a year now. They sound great, deliver a surprising amount of power, and are fairly lightweight (about 50lbs each).

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I found a deal on a used set of Samson DB500As. I plan to check them out tomorrow.
